Kimo Home Limited stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your Product. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) at any of our branches in Accra, Kumasi or Takoradi.

  • Items purchased online can be returned only with Receipt of Purchase.
  • Items purchased at a Branch must be returned to those locations
  • Returns are eligible within one Month of purchase
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return
  • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, changes or alterations.

  • You will be asked to sign-in or create an account. This allows us to create a much smoother returns process for you and expedite the process.
  • You will select whether to receive a refund to the original form of payment. When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
  • Once your return is complete, you will be prompted to print your packing slip.  Just place this slip in the box with the item(s) you are returning.
  • If you are a Loyalty Card Holder, returns are FREE and you can call us to pick up the Product. JOIN NOW.
  • You will print out the label, affix to the outside of your package and drop off at any of Our Branches.
  • If you choose to ship the item yourself, you will use the shipping address provided on the packing slip.

Returns In-Store

For in-store returns, you must present the original Receipt and Packing Slip.
